A
long
tlme ago,
in a place far
away, a family
gathered. It
wasn’t
a
very large family,
their beginnings were
meager. There were
surely the staples of
existence, bread and
wine. There was surely
the warmth and light of
a fire and lamp. The
family has grown over
the years, over the
centuries. And in a short
time, in a place not far
from where you are,
that family will gather again.
It will gather to celebrate
the first gathering and to
look expectantly to
numerous gatherings to
come. Come and join us
at the gathering of family
this Christmas Eve.
