is 27 years and four months in
prison and jail.
The most serious of the
crimes was for operating a meth-
amphetamine lab. That is a level
1 drug felony, carrying a maxi-
mum of 17 years in prison.
Ferrin also pied guilty to one
count each of possession of
methamphetamines, possession
of anhydrous ammonia in an un-
marked container, possession of
marijuana (the only misde-
meanor in the list), possession
of drug paraphernalia, and not
having a drug tax stamp.
Out of jail on bond, Ferrin
awaits his sentencing in Decem-

Three men, all three citizens
of Mexico, are now in jail await-
ing sentencing after they pied
guilty before Comanche County
District Magistrate Rustin Mar-
tin in late August and mid Sep-
tember, in Comanche County
District Court to one count of cul-
tivating marijuana.
Each could face up to 83
months in prison.
The three, 25-year-old Luis
Morales-Morales of Round Lake,

lif., were arrested after a raid of a

That raid was conducted

Sheriff's Office and the Kansas
Bureau of Investigation.
